The remake of the iconic movie Mean girls [made in 2004] gave everybody a huge surprise.
Tina Fey [the creator of the movies] decided to make a movie musical as an on screen copy of the Mean Girls musical [made in 2018] in America. She thought she quite liked an actor named Reneé Rapp who played Regina in the Musical so she put her in the new movie.
The new movie is absolutely amazing. It’s full of singing and dancing and loads of comedy.
There are three actors in the new movie that appeared in the original movie. The first one is Tina Fey the creator of Mean Girls who plays the actor Ms.Norbury who is a kind and helpful teacher. The second actor is Tim Meadows who appears in the first movie as well. He plays the principal named Mr.Duvall who is tough but fair [and is in a secret relationship with Ms.Norbury].
Finally the last actor that appears in the original movie as well as the new one is Lindsay Lohan who in the original movie played the main character Cady but in the new movie she plays the mathlete competition person.
We interviewed a fan of the movie, Mabel
Us: So why did you like Mean Girls 2024?
Mabel: Well it was a movie I had gotten into after I watched the 1st one and my Mum asked me if I wanted to go see the new one and I was like “Yes!”
Us: What was your favorite part of the movie and why?
Mabel: It’s hard to choose but it was probably the part when Avantika sung the halloween song
Us: If you were to meet one character from Mean Girls 2024 who would you choose?
Mabel: Karen, because I want to see how clueless she is.
The people in the Mean Girls world decided that everybody’s favorite song in Mean Girls 2024 is ‘World Burn’ sung by Reneé Rapp. The worst song in the mean girls movie is ‘I see stars’ sung by Angourie Rice. So if you hate Mean Girls this is the movie for you. And if you love Mean Girls then this is definitely the movie for you!
