How long have you been a teacher at GWPS?
I started working here in 2017. I did two casual days on a really naughty class, and then I started teaching here in 2018. So this is my seventh year.
What was GWPS like when you came here as a student?
It was very different. We didn’t have a STEM room or computers in our classrooms. We sat in rows. And there were lots of places to run around on the playground – it was fun.
What jobs did you do before you became a teacher?
First I worked at Boost Juice making smoothies. Then I worked at a gelato shop and made ice cream for people, and then I was a swimming teacher, so I taught people how to swim. Those are all my jobs.
What do you do in your free time?
I like to play video games. I like playing a game called The Sims. It’s about creating families and houses and things like that.
We all know you are a Harry Potter fan. Why do you like it so much?
Because it’s so magical. You get to be a wizard in your brain and you get to create magic and make things fly.
I just want to be a wizard so badly.
