Why are they so popular?
Well people love cute colourful things and sugar ducks are colourful, glittery and well, shaped like ducks. The sugar ducks are squishy but not liquidy, like a normal stress ball, they bounce back into shape slowly.
Where can you get them?
You can usually find them in K-marts and targets, but if you can’t find them there, you can find them in online shops. They are actually only two dollars so they are quite cheap for fidgets that don’t break easily. I once found a squishy half the size of the duck that sold for ten dollars!
What are they made of?
Sugar ducks are made of thick plastic and are filled with coloured corn syrup and glitter (quite different to normal squishy fillings) did you know that if you leave it in a cold spot, the filling will become more solid so you can poke them easier and if you prefer them squished you can just leave them at room temperature and they will remain squishy.
