
Year 6 students decided to start a jellybean guessing competition to raise money for the Year 6 farewell. All you needed to do was guess the correct or closest number of jellybeans in the jar to win. It cost $1 for one guess and $2 for three guesses.
The competition lasted for a week. It took place in Term 2, Week 2. The winner, who guessed 752 jellybeans, was Amir A from Stage 3. He was the closest to the number of jellybeans in the jar, which was 753. Year 6 students raised $285 for the Year 6 farewell.
