REVIEW: Ghost Book by Remy Lai

By Frida

I give this book five stars. It’s about a girl called July Chen, who everyone forgets, and a boy called William who is a lost soul that can’t get back to his body. An unusual friendship is formed as July helps William’s soul get back to his body.

I have never read such a strange and unique book. Ghost Book as loads of Chinese mythology and it’s such a good book, lots of fun and lots of of twists and turns throughout the story.

Personally, I think that the plot is amazing and fun. It’s funny and shows just how far some people will go for their friends and family.

If you like ghosts and weird food I think you should totally read this book. I think it’s perfect for ages 8-12.

This is a great book that has LOADS OF FUN AND LOADS OF DUMPLINGS!
