The ceremony of sport, one of the highly anticipated ceremonies of the year. There were so many things to celebrate in the smaller (but still highly valued) sport strand of the schooling environment. After a highly successful year in all of the carnivals, Premiers Sporting Challenge and of course PSSA (Public Schools Sporting Association).
There was Best and Fairest and Most Improved for PSSA, The regional finalists also got awards and the best swimming, running and athletics people got also got a medal. Of course, the biggest awards were the Best Sports Person and the Sports Champion for junior (years 3 and 4) and senior (years 5 and 6).
In conclusion the sporting year for Orange Grove Public School 3-6 was a huge success, boosting fitness, mental health and friendships.
