Putney superstar runner Sora, placed 2nd in her category at the National Cross Country Championships that took place in Canberra back in August. She even achieved a new PB!
Press Gang reporters sat down with Sora to find out more.
When did it happen?
Sora: On Monday Term 3 Week 9.
Who did you compete with?
Sora: I mostly competed with girls from other schools but there were a few girls from Putney too like Caitlyn, Alexis and a few others.
What was your strategy?
Sora: I didn’t really have one, I just went all out.
What motivates you?
Sora: I want to prove that even with a disability I can do amazing things.
How did you win?
Sora: It links back to my motivation plus it makes my parents proud.
