Stage 3 Enjoy Great Aussie Bush Camp At GEPS

On November 6th, Stage 3 students went to camp with Ms Ballouk and Ms Salloum. 22 students went, 16 boys and six girls. We stayed for two nights and three days.

The one and only Great Aussie Bush Camp Is located in Lake Macquarie. We traveled there by bus, it was only a two hour drive from school. As soon as we got there we unpacked, had lunch and did an activity. The activities were, giant swing, rock climbing, flying fox, team building, movie night, cannoning and a power fan. It was really fun when packing up at the same time and doing the giant swing. It was scary because when you pull the string you fall straight down and lift up like swing. Most of the students went high, some only went half way, that’s how scary it was.
