Teachers Uncovered: Press Gang Reveals Another Side To Mr Price, Miss Platcher & Mr Graham
By Alice, Lily & Ewan

Ever wanted to know what our teachers get up to when they’re not at school?
Press Gang reporters Alice, Lily, Ewan, have been investigating OGPS teachers who have surprising talents.
Mr Price is a Saints Soccer Star
Mr Price is the manager of his soccer team. He plays for the Leichhardt Saints.
“I love getting everyone together, so my team is full of all of my friends and we don’t take it too seriously, but we love training together. We love playing on Saturday afternoons together, and then we love hanging out after the match together. It’s more the social aspect for me.”
Miss Platcher is a Harmonious Harpist
Miss Platcher has been playing the harp for ten years.
“I love that it is a very different instrument. Not many people play it because it’s a very expensive instrument, but it sounds so beautiful, even when you make a mistake.”
Mr. Graham Rocks
Mr Graham started playing the guitar when he was 12.
He was in a band called Made in Japan for ten years and played at festivals around Australia.
“My first instrument was actually violin. I think that helped me with the guitar. I really liked some old school rock bands like Green Day, so I learned all of their songs because I really wanted to”
